Grand Slam!

Apple has set a new record for WWDC video avialability this year, getting them out not even a week after the event ended. Amazing.

Even more amazing, they're not selling them this year. Registered developers can access them for free. Want to know what all the fuss is about with Xcode 4? Go watch the videos.

Thanks for pointing this out! This year i was willing to buy them, and getting them for free is a great big news for iPhone Devs.

Wow, this is amazing!! I was also going to buy them thinking they would come out in a couple of months, but geez... they're out already and free!!! THANKS APPLE!!

It seems the videos have been pulled out, hope it is temporary issue and not they made a mistake making them available for free.
Can somebody confirm this?

Not to diss the registered developers, but if Apple decides to pull the videos and only allow those that went to the conference to get them free then its typical practice. Conferences in other endeavors (e.g. water or wastewater engineering) only provide the proceedings to paid attendees.

I'm pretty sure that they're not pulled, it's just a volume thing. They'll be available again once the initial rush. I'm sure a lot of people just went in and hit the download button on all of them.

Jeff, you are right, after my tries i was able to start downloading them again.

this is not amazing.

what is amazing is that it takes so long to get those videos online, and event more amazing is that they used to charge people for watching.

This of course begs the question of why they make such a fuss about confidentiality if they publish it all for free only one week later. Or is there an NDA on the Dev Program again and I missed see it?
